web browser in a raylib game?

Hello everyone, I am fairly new here. I have been working with raylib for some time, not a professional, but know my way around. The question is, I really like "Welcome to the game 2", the specific feature I like is simulating a computer screen alongside having an actual web browser on it (or a really good simulated one).

I do not expect an direct answer, however if you have one that would be great! How should I approach this in implementing something like this in one of my games for raylib?

If you want a full web browser in your game, you can use CEF.
